"This manuscript was submitted to the ApJ. Then, after two years of discussion of required changes, the paper was rejected in December 2009. Rather than repeating the detailed arguments, exactly the version rejected is printed here. The reader can judge for himself the importance of the communication of results against their current interpretation."
